The book arrived on time, infact a day earlier than I anticipated. It was in excellent shape, cover crisp and shiny and didn’t seem like it had been used at all. Surprisingly, it was delivered right outside my apartment door. I have purchased other books through amazon before, but none were personally delivered to me. Out of all the purchases through amazon, this exceeds all in quality for my money and efficiency in delivery.

Couldn’t get it at the library, so took a chance and bought it. I’ve been in business a while and just wanted supplement existing knowledge. There are some REALLY bad books in this category- I think its worth about $30. I would refer back to it.

Im a lawyer , the problem is if you want to start a solo practice and dont have the connections, the author talks about, basically starting on your own after 15 years in personal injury, making millions for other people- this book doesnt address that.
In other words starting out with few clients, starting a store front, starting with very little axcept your knowledge of trials and litigation
Im looking for that book.

If you are going into private practice, you *must* have this book. It won’t answer every question — the technology chapters are a little limited, but really, there are more specialized resources for tech issues that are more useful. For all of the other questions you’ve got, Foonberg’s got answers — not to mention answers to a lot of questions you haven’t asked yet but need to.
One other reviewer complained that parts of the book were written for big-firms with unlimited budgets; I honestly don’t think he read the same book I did. I haven’t come across any hint or suggestion anywhere in the book that isn’t practical for a solo practioner.

Gotta hand it to Foonberg! This book is required, simply cannot be done without. Highly recommended…
