I purchased and was charged for this book immediately. The next day, I was notified that the book had sold on ebay and that I would be refunded my money. I don’t appreciate that the seller was so quick to charge me for a book they’d already sold. They could have waited 24 hours to make sure that the book hadn’t been sold on ebay, or better yet, chosen only one venue for the sale of the book.

The book was delivered when promised and was in better condition than I thought it would be!

I ordered this book and received the wrong copy by error. I let the seller know about the error and she was very quick to get it corrected. I sent the book back to her and received the refund the next business day after she received it. Would I deal with this seller again? Absolutely! She was not aware the book was incorrect when it was sent to me and was very sorry for the error.

This book is great! It was one of the course textbooks for my Business Law and Ethics class last term and to my amazement, I actually enjoyed reading this book.
The flow of the book is sensible, I could easily comprehend the material, and the case studies and example scenarios really helped bring the applications into focus.
Im not stupid, but not a rocket scientist either, and I find that too often, textbooks are poorly written, with excessive reiteration that causes me to lose interest in the subject matter, OR verbose and technical explanations that I have no frame of reference for. I get lost and discouraged with the reading. Not so this book.
A very very sensible read.
