I’m an attorney in Michigan and wanted a quick way to get up to speed on family law and the realities of family law practice. This client interview DVD is the best one I’ve seen on the subject (civil, criminal or family) because it focuses on the client’s goals and needs while it also gets my questions answered for the file. The written materials are offered as a free download on the speaker’s web site–all 107 pages of them, which was a huge bonus. Mercer is also the co-author of a well known divorce book, Your Divorce Advisor, so she really knows her stuff.
