I am a Construction Engineer who has worked in the highway construction field for over 18 years, and I am looking to increase my knowledge about this topic. This looked like an interesting title, so I purchased it.

This book is either written for high school students or should be called “Construction Law for Dummies”. This book is so basic that even a child could understand it and provided absolutely no insight into this dynamic and interesting field.

If you have absolutely no background in the field, please purchase this book. If you have worked in the field for any length of time, find another one, because this book is not for you.
