This DVD kit is part of the bigger Manifest Management MBA program that a company I worked with went through. I bought it after I started my own corporation and wanted to start off with a strong foundation rather than try to repair a cracked one. The 5 workshop DVD’s cover the 5 key areas of business (Financial Controls, Marketing, Sales, Employee Productivity and Planning). The information is more geared towards established companies but I still manage to use the information I learned in these DVD’s daily.
After I get another year under my belt I intend on going through the full program, but for now, these DVD’s have helped me get off to a strong start and avoid making many of the typical mistakes business owners make.
