I believe this is a keystone work, fundamental to preparing our profession to move toward the next millenium. I feel it is a required primer toward performance consulting, and focuses on “behaviors.” In our “knowledge-based” work world, today the professional must concentrate on learning the analytical components of performance and the dynamics they share.
