The author is a business attorney, but this book is written in plain, user-friendly English, not legal jargon. This is a must-read for property owners, business owners, people thinking of starting a business, and anyone with assets to protect.
The author provides an array of invaluable information including her own business law experience and insights, examples of real legal cases, other published and internet resources, and more.
I picked up this book after going through more than my share of totally unexpected legal problems. I intend to put into practice many of the strategies detailed in Ms. Jobe’s fine book.
