I ordered this book from Amazon and I think this is a great purchase for anyone interested in consulting firms. However, I have to say that I am really disappointed by Amazon regarding the service for this order. Indeed, I received the book in a fairly poor state, with the cover already spoiled and damaged as if someone already used it. I know sometimes the transportation is responsible for this, but the two other books I received in the same package where absolutely fine, not damaged at all.
To make it clear, great book, poor service…(this never happened before though)

I enjoyed this product. It has a very detailed information about consulting firms. It has different rankings on different aspects of consulting business. Although the information given may not be correct for organizations outside of US, it’s very helpful to choose between consulting firms. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in consulting business but do not know which company to join.
